    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    Program Coordination & Sprint Oversight

     

    Track sprint progress and ensure alignment with overall program goals

     

    Monitor status indicators (Green/Yellow/Red) and escalate risks or delays—such as feature slips or ship-blocking bugs.

     

    Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives

     

    Feature Delivery & Risk Management

     

    Identify and manage feature-blocking issues, such as the accessibility bug that delayed Backup Improvements.

     

    Coordinate cross-functional debugging efforts to resolve issues that impact release timelines

     

    Reporting & Communication

     

    Compile and communicate sprint accomplishments, goals, and blockers to stakeholders.

     

    Maintain transparency around delays and risks

     

    Support documentation and reporting for development milestones, such as JSON screen creation and PR merges.

    Team Collaboration & Support

    Work closely with developers (e.g., Evergreen Dev team) to track PRs and bug fixes.

     

    Coordinate with UI/UX teams to ensure features meet quality and accessibility standards.

     

    Support hiring and onboarding if team expansion is needed to meet delivery goals.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of program, project, or technical PM experience

     

    Proven success of owning and shipping at least one product, service, or feature

     

    Experience working closely with an engineering team

     

    Sprint planning and backlog management experience

    Gaming experience

    Agile/Scrum experience Marketplace or online store experience in some capacity
