Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Conflicts Clerk at one of California’s largest full-service law firms, you’ll play a key administrative role within the conflicts department. Your day-to-day will involve managing department emails, performing data entry, updating client records, and generating reports. You’ll collaborate closely with conflict analysts, attorneys, and staff to support business intake processes, conduct database searches, and distribute daily New Case Reports. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Conflicts and Business Intake Manager and requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Skills and Requirements
• Previous clerical and data entry experience with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be able to follow instruction and complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment.
• Team player and a positive attitude is a must.
