    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's chemical manufacturing clients is looking for an End User Device Consultant to join their growing team! This person will ensure enterprise-wide stability, security, and scalability in end-user computing by leading proactive device management, enforcing compliance, and optimizing user experience in support of the Digital IT Team’s mission. This position is hybrid onsite (M/T/Th) in Philadelphia, PA.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    - Tier 3 Device Support & Expertise – Act as the highest escalation point for complex end-user device issues across the enterprise.

     

    - Lifecycle & Configuration Management – Architect and manage device provisioning, standards, and lifecycle using SCCM and Intune.

     

    - Application Packaging & Deployment – Package and deploy applications, preferably using PS AppDeployment Toolkit, ensuring smooth rollout and issue resolution.

     

    - Security & Compliance Oversight – Enforce endpoint security tools, patching, and policy compliance in collaboration with IT Security and Compliance teams.

     

    - Modern Device Strategy & Optimization – Lead Intune strategy, Autopilot enrollment, and drive modernization initiatives (Windows 11, Copilot, GenAI) to enhance user experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot in large-scale environments

     

    - Holds an active MD102 certification

     

    - Proficient in packaging and deploying software, ideally using PS AppDeployment Toolkit

     

    - Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, patching, and audit-ready compliance practices

     

    - Skilled in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and identity management

     

    - Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive continuous improvement
