    Job Description

    We are seeking a Class A Commercial High-Rise Assistant Facilities Supervisor to oversee 24/7 operations and maintenance of building systems. This role works closely with the Facility Manager and helps carry out the strategy and ensures all equipment is operating efficiently. This individual will be supporting capital projects such as cooling tower replacements, while ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance. The team under this role is responsible for both operational continuity and maintenance execution across the property.

     

    Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

    - Class A high-rise experience

     

    - Central plant operations

     

    - HVAC background

     

    - Building automation experience

     

    - Experience working with steam systems - HVAC License
