    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for Solution Architect to join the team of their supply chain client. This Architect will design and implement automated and observability solutions to protect the health of their IT systems. They will service as a liaison between business strategy and technical execution, while also providing hands-on support for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using tools such as Terraform and languages such as Python. The Solution Architect should be confident around technical roadmaps and providing technical mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams. Day-to-day they will utilize observability tools such as Prometheus and Splunk to monitor system performance and uncover areas for improvement while creating technical documentation, dashboards, and insightful reports. The Solution Architecture should have some familiarity with AI/ML technologies to suggest and explore opportunities to leverage them in a manner to enhance end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate has great technical background and excellent communication skills.

     

    Pay rate: 72-80/hour

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with hands-on experience in automation and observability solutions

     

    - Hands- on experience using observability tools, specifically Splunk and Prometheus

     

    - Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS

     

    - Strong background in using Automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible and scripting languages like Python and Bash

     

    - Well-versed in technical roadmaps and confident being in a client facing role, talking to customers and other business units - Experience in AI/ML frameworks and tools such as ML algorithms, prompt engineering, natural language processing, and predictive analytics

     

    - Background with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies
