Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager of Recruiting and Retention to join their ecommerce team in Bellevue, WA. This is an eCommerce business, and they focus their financial and human capital investments on 3 channels – our websites, partner websites, and marketplaces. Their growth initiatives are brought to life by world-class Brand, R&D, Regulatory & Quality, Operations, and Finance, Accounting, and IT teams. This is a unique opportunity to build on a successful global brand that is investing in growing HH penetration ahead of industry-leading levels. This critical role presents an unmatched opportunity for a growth leader to chart her/his course by deploying market-beating demand generation plans within the guardrails of the brand ethos, quality standards, and consumer needs. We are looking for the right leader for our websites channel in USA, CA, UK, and EU, who will be responsible for driving revenue and profit by growing the brand’s HH penetration, consumption frequency, and brand. This leader will have a deep understanding and proven experience in leading successful website recruitment and retention campaigns based on insights related to audience segmentation, drivers of customer lifetime value, and paid/owned media effectiveness and efficiency [including email, social, and SMS]. S/he will work with stakeholders across the business to increase cross-sell, repeat purchases, and consumption frequency.
The ideal candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves, comfortable multi-tasking, and enjoys the challenge of utilizing a broad range of skills in a fast-paced, agile and rapidly growing environment. You will partner with the cross functional members across the organization to develop a segmented and targeted CRM strategy that (a) accelerates recruitment, (b) reduces churn, and (c) increases the brand’s customer lifetime value. You will Develop and lead implementation of an annual calendar that synergizes with cross-functional initiatives (new product launches, new advertising campaign, etc.) to drive recruitment and repeat purchases through a robust and effective paid media, organic social, email, and SMS plan. You will create dynamic email and SMS content depending on the target audience and develop and analyze A/B tests to increase email open rates/conversion and communicate to the organization insights and recommendations.

Skills and Requirements
•3+ years’ working experience in Digital Email Marketing with a focus on consumable products or services where new customer recruitment is the key driver of success
•Proven excellence in the leadership and execution of a premier website business with deep knowledge of the drivers of that business
• Track record of successfully increasing site conversion through effective email/SMS tactics, technologies and strategy.
•Creative mind and able to solve complex problems
•Broad knowledge of email best practices and platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive among others.
•Have broad knowledge of privacy regulations, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas, processes, and metrics in a simple and clear manner (to both internal and external stakeholders) Industry experience in Health/Wellness
