Job Summary:
As the Maintenance Mechanic, Refrigeration, you are responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and operation of the refrigeration throughout the ProMedica hospital complex and off-site buildings.
In this role, you will maintain all self-controlled refrigerators, freezers and refrigerated drinking fountains and all refrigerated Laboratory equipment.
You will perform daily checks and maintain all Dietary refrigeration systems and perform preventative maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Must have working knowledge of electricity, fire safety codes, refrigeration, and air conditioning codes
+ Must have knowledge of all types of all types of circulating pumps and air conditioning motors
+ 3years previous experience in similar position in an institutional setting
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ City Licensure or capable of obtaining Certification: State of Ohio EPA approved certificate for either Type I AND Type II OR Universal refrigerant system service
