    Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a solution-oriented **Operations Support Specialist to support our Procurement team** . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence and administrative coordination.

    What You'll Do

    As an Operations Support Specialist, you will:

    + Support procurement operations under the direction of the VP of Supply Management.

    + Coordinate administrative tasks for the HTM and Procurement departments.

    + Assist with purchasing activities and ensure contract compliance tracking.

    + Follow up with vendors and manage vendor relationships.

    + Maintain and support the department’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

    + Compile and update weekly status charts and logistical reports.

    + Handle financial reporting and purchase order systems.

    + Manage expense reports and travel accommodations.

    + Provide general administrative support to HTM leadership and procurement teams.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

    + Experience with financial reports, PO systems, and vendor management.

    + Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance workflows.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Excellent customer service skills and professional phone presence.

    + A flexible, proactive approach with a hunger to grow and develop in the role.
