Texas Health Mansfield- operated as joint venture between Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth
Schedule:** **Part-Time
Shift:** **24 hours per week (2 - 12 hour shifts) - Days vary

+ Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Womens Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The role you'll contribute:
The Administrative Supervisor acts as both the administrative and patient relations representative outside of standard business hours, and as a clinical resource facilitator for nursing departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the Nursing Department through effective leadership and guidance to unit associates. The position is tasked with facilitating intradepartmental communication and activities, bolstering the delivery of exceptional patient care by adhering to and reinforcing the facility's policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values. Additionally, the Administrative Supervisor plays a critical role in the overall success of the Nursing Department by upholding the organization's values and mission, thereby ensuring that the highest standards of care and operational excellence are achieved.

Qualifications
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
+ Registered Nurse (RN) License
+ Associates of Nursing
+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)
+ 3 years of nursing experience
+ 1 experience as a supervisor, charge nurse, or comparable leadership experience
