• Sales Data Analyst

    Brady Corporation (Milwaukee, WI)


    What We Need:

    The Sales Data Analyst will focus on the development, integration, and documentation of data solutions for Brady Corporation’s Americas Industrial business unit. This role is responsible for developing and auditing datasets, supporting the ETL of sales information, and integrating different data sources to support reporting and insights. This role interacts primarily with IT, Sales Leadership, Finance, and the Sales Operations group.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Support the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) of sales information from a variety of data platforms to enable reporting and insights.

    + Assist with the development, auditing, and integration of datasets, reports, and processes in various Business Systems.

    + Perform analysis of sales data and support the Point of Sale & commissions calculation process.

    + Assist with maintaining business rules and governance for data through clear documentation.

    + Create analyses and build visualizations and reporting for sales initiatives using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

    + Support improvements to data reporting systems and processes through partnerships with IT and other stakeholders.

    + Support customer, market, or product-specific ad-hoc analysis on complex data sets.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    + Bachelor's Degree in a technical, financial, or mathematics field.

    + Ability to work effectively within a team and across processes.

    + Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

    + Familiarity with writing SQL code.

    + Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    + Experience building reports and visualizations in PowerBI.

    + Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure is a plus
