    Director, Portfolio Administration

    Job Description Summary

    The Director, Portfolio Administration plays a pivotal leadership role in driving client success, supporting business development, and ensuring high-quality service and sales delivery across Portfolio Administration (PA) accounts. This role serves as a strategic partner to clients, brokers, and internal teams, overseeing execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of PA services. The Director is responsible for mentoring associate team members, managing complex client relationships, and contributing to the growth and evolution of the PA platform.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Solutions & Engagement

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional sales delivery and satisfaction.

    + Lead client meetings, solutioning sessions, and technology demonstrations in partnership with the GOS Technology team.

    + Collaborate with business development and market teams to drive broker engagement and follow-up initiatives.

    + Develop and maintain feedback loops to proactively address client needs and service opportunities.

    Business Development & Strategic Initiatives

    + Lead the development of sale proposals, pricing models, and presentations for new and existing clients.

    + Partner with Bid Managers and Legal to create and negotiate Master Services Agreements, PA Schedules, Amendments, and Collaborative Agreements.

    + Identify and pursue sale opportunities to expand PA services and technology offerings across accounts.

    Operational Leadership

    + Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and service delivery protocols.

    + Support transitions and integrated portfolio management efforts in collaboration with global teams.

    Team Development & Collaboration

    + Mentor and guide associate sales team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

    + Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across PA, Client Relationship Managers, and technology teams.

    + Contribute to departmental and company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing service capabilities and client outcomes.

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field)

    + 5+ years Lease Administration Account Manager experience

    + Sales Experience, preferred

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

     

    The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

     

    The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
