    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite)

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Systems and Data Analyst** to join a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll leverage your SAP Production Planning (PP) expertise to support and enhance critical digital transformation initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that drive efficiency and innovation in advanced manufacturing and operations.

    What You’ll Do

    + Conduct workshops and contribute to process solutioning for SAP S/4HANA Production Planning.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including business SMEs, architects, developers, and vendor consultants — to analyze current processes and propose system improvements.

    + Configure and implement full-cycle SAP PP solutions to meet business needs and maintain associated documentation.

    + Translate functional specifications into technical design documents and coordinate with ABAP developers.

    + Lead testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

    + Provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions during project delivery.

    + Utilize SAP Solution Manager and manage WRICEF objects in collaboration with development teams.

    + Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) principles for efficient project execution.

    + Stay informed on the S/4HANA roadmap and new innovations across releases.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + 8–10 years of experience in SAP Production Planning, including at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.

    + Deep understanding of SAP PP configuration, interfaces, user exits, and standard reports.

    + Expertise in MRP types, BOMs, work centers, routing, capacity leveling, and related PP functions.

    + Experience working in complex business environments — aerospace or defense experience is a plus.

    + Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

    + Certification in SAP PS or S/4HANA.

    + Familiarity with SAP Quality Management and PPDS.

    + Understanding of SAP integration points across Sales, Procurement, Costing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance.

    **Pay Details:** $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
