**Pay Rate:** $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations — driving continuous improvement, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of cutting-edge aerospace products.
What You’ll Do
+ Collaborate closely with customer manufacturing engineers on the shop floor to support aerospace product manufacturing.
+ Review and improve job instructions, tooling usage, and assembly processes for maximum efficiency and compliance.
+ Update and maintain detailed work instructions to reflect current engineering standards and practices.
+ Design, modify, and procure tooling as needed to support evolving production requirements.
+ Serve as an on-site technical liaison, providing guidance to operators and supporting teams to resolve issues and streamline workflow.
+ Ensure manufacturing processes align with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
+ Strong understanding of tooling, assembly processes, and job instruction development.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations.
+ Proficiency with process documentation, tooling design, and shop-floor collaboration.
+ Hands-on experience with lean principles or process optimization.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
