Pay & Shifts:

+ **1st Shift:** $16/hr | Thursday–Monday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** $16.80/hr | Wednesday–Sunday or Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

+ **3rd Shift:** $17.28/hr | Monday–Friday nights or Thursday–Monday nights, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Production Generalists to join the team in Stafford, TX. In this role, you’ll be trained to operate printing and sorting machines while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in the production process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Set up, operate, and adjust machines that print statements, health insurance cards, loyalty cards, and more.

+ Manually insert forms into envelopes, affix tags to carriers, and prepare expedited mailing packages.

+ Operate presorting machines to detect damaged mail and request reprints when needed.

+ Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and order compliance.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve goals in productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

+ Participate in cross-training to learn multiple machines and production processes.

What You’ll Need

Required:

+ Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation).

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

+ Ability to stand for 95% of the shift and lift 20–50 lbs.

+ Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Preferred:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

+ Understanding of production concepts.

+ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.28 per hour
