PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Industrial Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this dynamic role, you’ll help streamline production systems, improve efficiency, and enhance stability across a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do

+ Implement lean methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production flow.

+ Assess rate readiness and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.

+ Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable corrective actions.

+ Review and enhance facility layouts for optimal use of space and resources.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure stability and alignment.

+ Develop and deploy standardized processes that support continuous improvement across operations.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field.

+ 3+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.

+ 3+ years of experience defining, developing, and improving production processes. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Skilled in Lean Manufacturing with a solid understanding of lean principles.

+ Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Experience developing and deploying standard processes.

+ Proficiency in structured problem solving and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Pay Details:** $50.35 per hour
