    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector to join a company's team in Dubuque, IA.

    Responsibilities:

    + Act as a third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.

    + Check and inspect manufactured parts or products for defects.

    + Read and follow work instructions and general processes.

    + Use measuring or testing equipment as needed.

    + Ensure products meet quality standards.

    + Display excellent customer service.

    + Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.

    + Collect and record data.

    + Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.

    + Perform any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Must be able to speak and read in English.

    + Good communication skills.

    + Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material.

    + Ability to lift/move 35 pounds.

    + Must have reliable transportation.

    + No experience necessary; ability to read blueprints is a plus.

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended, or comparable work experience.
