We strive to balance our responsibility to support business partners with our responsibility to serve the long-term mission and sustainability of Meta and act as stewards of company resources.We are seeking a strategic, driven, and analytical Finance Manager to support the full financial picture for Facebook. This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting Facebook Product, Engineering, Business, and cross functional leaders. As part of the Facebook Finance Team, you will contribute to managing Facebook’s investments, expenses and headcount across the full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting activities. You’ll engage daily with business partners, and act as both a financial business partner and advisor to the Facebook leadership team.

Finance Manager, Facebook Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted Finance partner for Product, Engineering, and cross functional Tech leaders. Work collaboratively with these groups to drive continuous improvement in initiatives regarding headcount and expense planning, product investment strategy, and capital allocation
2. Drive nuanced return on investment (ROI) and impact frameworks across headcount, expense, and other investments
3. Proactively lead analytics and projects requiring expertise in Facebook’s business model and share your insights with relevant stakeholders
4. Present financial reporting and forecasts to stakeholders across Facebook and Finance
5. Collaborate with horizontal Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams and Corporate FP&A to improve and operationalize processes related to core FP&A activities

6. 10+ years of experience in rigorous FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or related organizations demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
7. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
8. Experience using analytical and quantitative modeling skills, including buildout of headcount, operating and driver-based financial models (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL)
9. Demonstrated history of building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on financial targets
10. Consistently takes initiative and approaches business challenges and opportunities with curiosity, clarity, and intention
11. Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

Public Compensation:
$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
