EPAM is looking for a **Delivery Manager / Technical Lead** who combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and client engagement skills. In this role, you will guide global teams in delivering modern, cloud-native solutions that drive real business impact — while ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and innovation.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack projects across distributed teams

+ Design and build cloud-native applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, and AWS

+ Define and implement coding standards, guidelines, and DevSecOps best practices to ensure quality and consistency

+ Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and resolve key technical challenges

+ Architect and develop microservices and critical framework components

+ Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, UX, and Executive teams to align technology strategy with business goals

+ Review design, test plans, and test strategies to ensure robust delivery

+ Identify and resolve technical dependencies early to prevent delivery risks

+ Champion AI-driven innovation and continuous improvement in delivery practices

Requirements

+ 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, microservices, and REST APIs

+ Expertise in Java 17 (or above), Spring 4, Angular (5+), TypeScript, AWS Cloud, and related technologies

+ Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, with a string preference for expertise in AWS environments

+ Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

+ Highly organized, able to bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous situations

+ Proven team leadership experience across global onshore/offshore environments

+ Experience defining target-state architectures and modernizing legacy systems

+ Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

+ Tools: Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence, JUnit, JMeter, Splunk

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $144,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
