    Description

    The **System Integration Senior** leads the integration efforts for complex C5ISR systems, ensuring seamless interoperability between various subsystems and components for the new ship construction USCG Polar Security Cutter.

    Duties:

    + Lead the integration of shipboard C5ISR systems, ensuring interoperability between combat systems, sensors, and communications networks.

    + Support the finalization of system interfaces and integration planning effortsfor the shipboard C5ISR architecture, including interface control documents, and systems engineering drawings.

    + Coordinate with Bollinger, USCG and OEM vendors for system integration requirements, project processes and workflows.

    + Develop and validate integration and verification schedules, including Production Integration Facility C5ISR systems, new ship construction, ship C5ISR installation, and builder sea trials.

    + Ensure compliance with technical requirements and integration milestones.

    + Support Technical Critical Design Review (TCDR), including reviewing overall system architecture, final network architecture design, cyber security design, and other critical elements of the PSC C5ISR suite.

    Qualifications

    Qualification Requirements:

    + Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering

    + Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Level II – Security+ certification or CISSP or equivalent

    + Five (5) years of extensive knowledge of shipboard C5ISR systems and architecture

    + Expertise in integrating complex shipboard C5ISR systems.

    + Experience supporting projects in a Shipyard environment

    + Strong understanding of interface development and control documentation.

    + Ability to develop and manage integration schedules.

    + Proficiency in requirements’ traceability and verification processes.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Active Secret Clearance

    + Must be willing to travel at least once a month to customer location(s)

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Prior experience working on a Firm Fixed Priced contract

    + Certified Integration Professional (CIP)

    + Project Management Professional (PMP)

    + ITIL Foundation Certification

    + TS/SCI Eligible
