    Summary:

    Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team, focusing on Global Variable Incentive Compensation. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, leading complex compensation projects, and influencing the direction of incentive plan design and administration across Ads and Business Messaging teams. This position offers significant responsibility, high visibility with executive leadership, and the opportunity to shape the future of Meta’s variable compensation programs.

    Required Skills:

    Sales Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

    1. Drive the conceptualization, design, and execution of global incentive compensation plans, including integration of new products and metrics

    2. Act as a key resource for leadership team, steering committees, and cross-functional partners on compensation strategy, governance, and best practices

    3. Drive strategic redesign initiatives, including quarterly plan updates and scenario modeling to support evolving business priorities

    4. Perform complex data analysis and modeling to measure plan effectiveness, test new designs, and provide actionable recommendations

    5. Develop and track advanced metrics to assess program impact and alignment with organizational goals

    6. Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications to global steering committees and leadership teams

    7. Manage high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Meta’s strategic objectives

    8. Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements in partnership with engineering and operations teams

    9. Lead user acceptance testing and implementation of new calculation logic, data tables, and reporting tools within incentive compensation systems

    10. Ensure all compensation processes, controls, and documentation meet SOX and internal governance standards

    11. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments to the sales organization

    12. Provide guidance and training to sales teams and cross-functional partners on incentive plan design, policy changes, and compensation philosophy

    Minimum Qualifications:

    13. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business or equivalent

    14. 4+ years of analytical, modeling and financial statement analysis experience

    15. Excel, G-sheet and G-Slides, PowerPoint experience

    16. Experience with compensation software tools such as Xactly, Callidus, Varicent

    17. Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in multitasking

    18. Experience with sales compensation/ commissions

    19. Understand corporate finance concepts

    20. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional team

    Public Compensation:

    $116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
