As a Pricing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to partners with product, financial and industry teams to guide the creation and approval of special pricing programs which support industries pricing strategies, with a high level of direct involvement with senior leaders and increasing level of independence. Ensures compliant, timely and accurate discount application and engages in project to improve discount process efficiencies, standardization and automation. Team lead for the Americas Pricing Consultant team.
What You Will Do:
+ Providing leadership and coaching to the America North and South Pricing Consultant team.
+ Provides thought leadership to key stakeholders in the development of pricing strategies and tactical pricing programs for new and existing products and services.
+ Analyzing and approving discount program requests in the Global Sales Variance Tool (Salesforce/GSVT) by partnering with the Sales teams.
+ Ensuring compliant, timely and accurate discount application in the engines order and invoicing system (SAP/ECC).
+ Providing regular pricing analysis on discount programs' utilization to the sales teams and management using different reporting tools (PowerBI, BOBJ, eBI etc.).
+ Delivering discount process modernization and standardization projects focusing on business simplification aimed at enabling more efficiency in SV processes.
+ Collaborating with business partners to resolve pricing grief and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
+ Providing regular updates on the discount guidelines, policies and procedures and training personnel on best practices, policies, tactics, and strategy.
+ Developing and maintaining internal revenue related controls including Sarbanes-Oxley controls and responsible for validating these controls.
What You Have:
+ **Education/Experience:** The position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/experience.
+ **Customer Focus:** Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
+ **Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
+ **Data Gathering & Analysis:** Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
+ **Decision Making & Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
+ **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
+ **Negotiation:** Ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs. Utilizes techniques for establishing rapport and building trust.

+ This role requires 5 days a week in office

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
