And the evolution doesn’t stop there. With unequalled scale, our teams make the most out of every opportunity to collaborate and learn from one another. We’re always looking for ways to innovate faster, accelerate our growth and consistently offer the very best in consumer experience. But most of all, we’re backed by a culture of respect. We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive.

    Commerce Product Design Team

This team’s focus is the experience of the end user who starts as a prospect and has an interest in purchasing a subscription. The journey continues through possible offers and then to the purchase journey. The Commerce Product Design Team also cares for the UX of the user who wants to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription.

As a Principal of Product Design of Commerce- Upgrade and Churn, you will report to the Senior Director of Product Design of Commerce- Upgrade and Churn. + Demonstrate Deep Domain Expertise: Bring a proven track record in UX and product design, particularly in subscription management or similar commerce contexts, ensuring every design decision is informed by robust data and consumer insights.

+ Mentor and Collaborate Effectively: Act as a mentor and cross-functional leader, partnering seamlessly with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to drive cohesive strategies and execute on bold design visions.

+ Thrive in Dynamic Environments: Embrace a fast-paced, iterative work culture, adeptly balancing visionary ideas with practical execution while continuously asking “why” to refine and challenge the status quo.

+ Communicate with Clarity and Purpose: Articulate your design vision with maturity and precision, engaging stakeholders in fact-based discourse to rally support for transformative initiatives.

    What you will be doing:

    + Delivering end-to-end UX for high-value, consumer-centric digital products.

+ Translating requirements to flows leveraging existing ones and/or establishing new flows.

+ Growing the fidelity of UX flows while caring for potential edge cases and the nuances of the experience across various devices.

+ Working with foundational leads: UX research, UX engineering, design systems, and UX writing.

+ Formulating and communicating ideas and plans to peers, leadership, and engineering contributors.

+ Balancing inputs from business, design, research, technology, and external partners.

+ Collaborating with product owners and engineers to successfully deliver products to market.

+ Developing talent and providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.

+ Exhibiting a human-centered design approach to evolve our output and process.

+ Maintaining a critical eye and an obsessive attention to detail.

+ Advocating for a healthy and collaborative culture for our product organization.

+ 10+ years of industry experience in the field of UX/Product Design

+ A degree in design, computer science, human factor design

+ An online portfolio reflecting that experience, including shipped and currently in-market products, and demonstrating end-to-end design methodology

+ Advanced expertise with leading design tools, such as Figma, familiarity with design systems, and collaboration and prototyping tools

+ Experience working on a commerce product that entails a commerce journey

+ Demonstrated expertise and experience designing for web, mobile, and other application platforms
