Position Summary...

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our team and help build world-class mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, a solid understanding of native mobile development, and hands-on experience with the full app lifecycle—from development to publishing on the App Store and Google Play.

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using **React Native** .

+ Own the **end-to-end app lifecycle** , including publishing, updates, and store compliance (App Store & Play Store).

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

+ Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules as needed.

+ Implement and monitor **analytics, Crashlytics** , and performance metrics (CPU, battery usage).

+ Build and maintain **functional automation tests** using Appium or similar frameworks.

+ Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

+ Create clear and functional **technical documentation and charts** to communicate architecture and workflows.

+ Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

+ **3–5 years** of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.

+ Strong expertise in **React Native** , with recent hands-on experience.

+ Solid understanding of **native mobile development** (iOS/Android) and ability to bridge native modules.

+ Experience in **publishing apps** to App Store and Play Store, including handling store requirements and updates.

+ Proficiency in **ReactJS** , **Redux** , and **GraphQL** .

+ Familiarity with **front-end design patterns** , **data structures** , and **algorithms** .

+ Experience with **Appium** or other open-source automation frameworks.

+ Clear and effective **communication skills** , both verbal and written.

+ Ability to **multitask** and manage multiple features and requirements concurrently.

+ Experience with **cloud-native technologies** , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ A genuine **passion for technology** and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

+ Backend development experience in **Java** or **Node.js** .

+ Experience with **native mobile development** (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C) is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
