You will make an impact by:
Contribute to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment. Deliver key data-driven business insights to identify opportunities that will drive new seller acquisition strategy. Perform deep-dive analysis across all areas of the Marketplace New Seller Acquisition experience to drive platform growth.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
Deliver best-in-class analytic capabilities and solutions, both in the solutions being deployed and in the soft-skills utilized to be effective in a large, dynamic organization. Conducting advanced statistical analysis to provide recommendation of relevance, applicability, and efficiency of features, services. Designing and developing dashboards and data visualizations to enable decision making and to communicate results to leadership. Answering complex business questions via data to enable business and product owners to make critical decisions. Driving understanding of customers and their interaction with products, through in-depth analyses of user behavior and engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
+ Audit existing rules and recommend improvements to continue to grow the business.
+ Assist in the creation and implementation of strong operating models and insights to support new ways of working with various teams in Walmart.
+ A desire to build a strong understanding of the marketplace ecosystem & business model.
+ Leverage advanced data analytics and statistics to effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate ideas to others; storytelling using data.
+ Comfortable being presented with complex tasks and using problem solving skills to own the end-to-end development of scalable reporting resources.
+ Deliver solutions that answer immediate questions but also having the foresight to anticipate future asks and proactively working to build the answers to those problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience in data analytics or other relevant roles
+ Proficient in MS Excel
+ Proficiency in SQL, GCP and R/Python
+ Proficiency in Data Analytics Platforms. Ex: Looker, Tableau, Salesforce
+ Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
+ Excellent verbal and written service and communication skills
+ Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
**Preferred** **Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant and quantitative field and/or relevant work experience (e.g., Operations Research, Economics, Management Science, Business Analytics, Statistics)
+ Knowledge about eCommerce Environment
+ Ability to analyze data and present findings
+ Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously
+ Teradata, ThoughtSpot/Tableau Understanding.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
