The Digital Transformation & Analytics (DT&A) Manager will lead a team that develops and deploys digital tools & enhancements for primary ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) [SAP & Solumina] for Military Engines (ME) Sustainment MRO&U (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, & Upgrade) depots around the world. The DT&A team also develops advanced analytics and dashboards from primary business system data. The DT&A team is structured around four towers: SAP, Solumina, Data Analytics/visualizations, and Data engineering/pipeline and uses Agile methodologies. The team has successfully developed and implemented time- and cost-saving tools that are saving millions of dollars annually. The team also develops and implements improvements to reduce configuration and lifing risk and escapes.
The DT&A team is amid an exciting scope expansion – from focus on the three Heavy Maintenance Centers (HMCs) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City to a global scope enabling more efficient operations and analytics to the 3 HMCs and 7 F135 depots (CONUS and OCONUS). The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to lead a team through change, adapt to business needs, and objectively prioritize resources amongst competing requests. The DT&A manager will also heavily partner and integrate with peers in the P&W DT organization to enable the team’s success. This role will report to the Director, ME Sustainment Operational Excellence and will be an on-site role in Oklahoma City.
What You Will Do:
+ Leading team of 11+ with multiple reporting levels; Helping team members develop professionally through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership opportunities.
+ Partnering across Sustainment Operations and various Military Engines programs to develop prioritized & aligned strategy for digital transformation of Global Depot Network.
+ Deep engagement and advocacy with various P&W DT teams to remove roadblocks.
+ Risk identification and communication to Global Depot Ops and Sustainment Operations leadership.
+ Accountable to Military Engines Digital Council for Global Depot Operations Agile team performance and tracking of associated contractor spend.
+ Operational Excellence representative on OKC site leadership council.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (experience to include: previous supervisory experience of technical team members, experience leading a digital transformation team or project and experience leading a team through significant change) or 10+ years of similar relevant experience with an advanced degree.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ B.S. in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
+ Agile methodology experience.
+ Proven success working with global sites and/or global customers. Strong customer-focus with emphasis on transparency & communication.
+ Proven success working in a matrixed organization and/or with a third-party services provider. Demonstrated ability to influence across organizations.
+ Ability to focus on results and successfully manage multiple tasks/projects.
+ Experience working with and presenting to executive level management.
+ Certified as CORE Champion (RTX) or holds similar process improvement/lean certification.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
