    Are you a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Novant Health is looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant III to provide high-level administrative support to our Coastal Region Medical Executive Committees. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive the success of our department by ensuring seamless operations, managing confidential information with integrity, and leveraging technology to streamline processes.

     

    As a trusted partner to Senior VP-level and Physician leaders, you’ll be more than just an assistant—you’ll be a resource, a problem-solver, and a key contributor to our mission of delivering remarkable healthcare.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department leaders.

    + Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

    + Serve as a go-to resource for staff, helping to coordinate and communicate departmental priorities.

    + Use your tech skills to manage calendars, prepare reports, and support virtual and in-person meetings.

    + Work independently and collaboratively to keep things running smoothly.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives without constant supervision.

    + Someone who has program management experience

    + Someone who’s comfortable with all forms of technology—from scheduling tools to collaboration platforms.

    + A professional who understands the importance of confidentiality and trust.

    + A team player who’s ready to make a meaningful impact.

    Qualifications

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

    + Experience: Three years of administrative support experience, required.

    + Additional Skills Required:

    + Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving. Communicates the value of activities within the organization and community to gain cooperation and collaborative partnership.

    + Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.

    + Inclusion & Belonging: Fosters a work environment of inclusion and belonging.

    + Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

    + Additional Skills Preferred:

    + Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative drive for reaching the next great idea and exceeding goals.

    + Intellectual depth, moral integrity, personal vision, creativity, leadership skills, fortitude, sincerity, and diplomacy.

    + Ability to work independently and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of Novant Health.
