    + BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or General)

    + 1-2 years of progressive engineering experience (Preferred)

    + Project Management

    + Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization

    + Computer Assisted Design/Geographic Information System - basic proficiency

    + MS Office - advanced proficiency
