Job Description:

+ This position serves as the Locates Auditor and assists with the oversight of underground electric facility locate functions.

+ This includes oversight of contractor performance, invoicing, billing audits, historical budget tracking and forecasting, historical ticket tracking and forecasting, internal and external customer communications, locates inquiries and complaints across the Client service area (FL, NC, SC, OH, KY, IN), and educating stakeholders in damage prevention and excavator safety.

+ This position assists the PGO Locate Analysts, Manager, and Power Grid Operations leadership (PGO) and provides effective project management for all company related locate, One Call, and damage prevention/dig-safety activities.

+ This position assists overseeing the company’s underground damage prevention programs and may serve as a subject matter expert on underground damage prevention, excavator safety, and other One Call topics.

+ This position may work closely with each of the various One Call Centers and Locate Contractor(s) to ensure services, mapping, and ticket management systems are functional.

Education Requirement:

+ Associates preferred with 3-years related experience or 7-years’ experience in lieu of degree.
