**Position Title:** Direct Hire Turret/Brake Operator – CNC Programmer

**Location:** Duffield, VA

Overview:

Join our team as a Turret/Brake Operator–CNC Programmer, responsible for the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC turret presses and brake presses. Utilize your expertise in CAD and equipment maintenance to drive quality and precision in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate CNC turret and brake presses efficiently and accurately

+ Apply CAD skills to support and enhance production workflows

+ Manage and issue raw material inventory for uninterrupted production

+ Maintain tools and perform routine machinery upkeep to ensure reliability

+ Clean equipment regularly, maintaining safety and quality standards

+ Carry out basic machine maintenance to prevent downtime

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Technical certification in CNC machining or related field (preferred)

+ At least 2 years’ experience operating CNC turret and brake presses

+ Proficient in CAD software and tool/machine maintenance

+ Familiarity with inventory management within a manufacturing environment

Skills:

+ Expertise in CNC press setup, operation, and troubleshooting

+ Strong CAD proficiency for design and operations

+ Detail-oriented and precise workmanship

+ Effective communicator and a collaborative team player

+ Solid understanding of manufacturing safety protocols

Pay dependent on experience.
