Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

+ Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime

+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

+ 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

+ Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems a plus

+ Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments

+ Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed
