**Description:** We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team supporting the C\-130 sustainment program\. The successful candidate will perform as a critical member of the program management office as the Program Management Associate Manager supporting our Service Center, IndoPacom, and C\-130 Legacy Sustainment Transition programs\. Our team is responsible for managing complex programs, coordinating multiple contracts and projects worldwide, and delivering results with minimal supervision\. You will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance, while serving as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex program plans & schedules, driving projects to timely completion

• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross\-global environment; able to multi\-task and coordinate / manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously\.

• Experience in business management, finance, supply chain, fleet support, engineering and or program management

• Experience presenting to and working with leadership, external stakeholders, and team members

Desired Skills:

• Experience with process development and improvement

• Experience with Sustainment Operations \(Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, Fleet Management\) processes and products

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent communications \(verbal and written\) and interpersonal skill

• Knowledge of budgeting, earned value management, risk management, and resource allocation\.

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; must be a US Citizen\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
