Production Associate – 2nd Shift

? _Location:_ Virginia Beach VA 23454

? _2nd Shift: $18/hr_

? _Mon–Thu | 3:00pm–1:30am_

We’re hiring **Production Associates** to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role includes machine operation, part inspection, packing, and staging materials. Must follow safety protocols and work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Duties

+ Inspect parts for quality and report defects

+ Pack and label orders accurately

+ Stage materials and maintain paperwork

+ Follow safety procedures and wear PPE

+ Perform general warehouse and production tasks as needed

Qualifications

+ Manufacturing Experience

+ Familiarity with warehouse safety practices

+ Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods

+ Comfortable in a high-noise environment
