Job Title: Production Operator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused **Production Operator** to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling raw materials, and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate mixers, blenders, packaging, and other production equipment

+ Measure, weigh, and load raw materials according to batch formulas

+ Package finished goods and label containers accurately

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area

+ Perform quality checks and report any product or equipment issues

+ Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

+ Assist in inventory counts and materials handling as needed

+ Maintain production documentation and logs

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or production environment preferred

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

+ Forklift experience a plus (certification preferred)

+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
