Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18 – $23/hour (depending on experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Shipping & Receiving Associate** to manage the daily flow of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is crucial to ensuring fast, accurate service and maintaining our reputation for same-day shipping and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

+ Package and ship outgoing orders efficiently and correctly

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

+ Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely

+ Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet shipping deadlines

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations

+ Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

+ Experience with inventory management systems is a plus

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

+ Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
