Machine Operator – Printing Production (B Shift)

**Location:** Rochester, NY (Near Gates – limited bus line access)

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Weekly

We’re hiring a **Machine Operator – Printing Production** for a busy print facility near Gates, NY. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production setting and wants to grow their skills with a stable, long-term opportunity.

Shift & Pay:

+ **B Shift:** Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

+ **Pay:** $17.00/hour

Overtime: Flexibility required for mandatory overtime as needed during busy Peak Season- Extra Cash Earnings!

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Operate cutting and finishing equipment for printed materials

+ Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and precise measurements

+ Follow detailed job orders and production instructions

+ Assist with labeling, stacking, and packaging as needed

+ Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all procedures

+ Support production leads and supervisors in meeting daily goals

+ Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required during peak demand

What You Bring:

+ Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift

+ Reliable transportation (site is not on a bus line)

+ Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn
