    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency

    + Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards

    + Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication techniques

    + Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures

    + Flexibility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
