Job Description:
Manager, Source to Pay Direct & Product Owner SAP, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Lead the S2P Direct Process standardization globally, ensuring alignment between business needs, End-to-end technology processes and solutions, considering all functional requirements needed to run a best-in-class Source-to-Pay process, oriented to direct procurement. Lead the team toward the Source-to-Pay vision by focusing the priorities of the Direct Procurement Team, staying aligned to the S2P Sub-Processes (Direct, Indirect, Accounts Payable) and standard solution. Work with Global Procurement leadership, especially with Global Procurement Direct Vice President and regional leaders to design and execute a process that meets expectations. Make decisions on how the end user experiences the solution and stick to them so that the solution progresses at pace. Design and analyze interdependent Business Processes taking into consideration Source-to-Pay and all other End-to-Ends. Champion the project solution and frame changes in a way that engages and excites the end user community, ensuring process and solution adherence. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
•P2P (Procure-to-Pay), S2C (Source-to-Contract) processes;
•Collaborating with business units, functional partners and with processing facilities;
•Utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive actionable outcomes;
•Mapping and analyzing processes to identify opportunities for standardization and efficiencyimprovements; and
•Risk management.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
•SAP S/4HANA system to support procurement processes.
Up to 15% domestic and international travel required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$140,400 - $150,400/yr.
