Job Description:

Highland Hospital is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee of Highland's Cardiology team.

Responsible for the development, leadership, and management of effective and efficient inpatient and outpatient Cardiology services on Highland campus, Highland Cardiology at Red Creek and Strong West Cardiology. Requires strong collaboration with SMH Cardiology.

Salary Range:

$90,000-127,000 annually

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience..

2. Experience: 3-5 years experience in an outpatient setting required. 3-5 years of experience with cardiology preferred.

3. License/Certification Required: N/A

4. Skills: Must possess critical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, multifaceted environment. Must be self motivated. Crisis management skills are helpful. Must be a team leader and have success in developing and leading clinical programs.
