Systems Analyst – Environment Support (Operations Testing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Systems Analyst** to join our **Environment Support team** within the **Operations Testing department** . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings innovative ideas to the table, and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to influence outcomes and drive collaboration.
+ Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines to support business initiatives.
+ Contribute innovative ideas and assist in the design and implementation of customized solutions.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate issue resolution and ensure alignment with business requirements.
+ Translate technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and make independent decisions.
+ Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business applications and client requests.
+ Learn and apply new technical tools and techniques to enhance support capabilities.
+ Document processes, solutions, and communications clearly and effectively.
Client-Facing & Presentation Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
+ Present technical solutions, project updates, and business insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
+ Facilitate meetings, demos, and walkthroughs to communicate system functionality and project progress.
+ Tailor presentations to suit both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Qualifications:
+ · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ · Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ · Strong proficiency in delivering enterprise-level applications.
+ · Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
+ Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare-related systems.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
