This role serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, providing actionable financial insights, forward-looking Revenue analysis, and data-driven recommendations that shape key business decisions. The position ensures alignment between financial performance and corporate objectives through clear, timely, and executive-ready reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives by translating complex Revenue data into clear business insights.
+ Deliver concise, executive-level reporting of sales results and performance trends on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
+ Develop and present Revenue financial summaries combining narrative, visuals, and analytics for C-suite and board-level reviews.
+ Lead analysis of sales trends, business drivers, and market dynamics to inform budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
+ Collaborate with leadership to refine operating assumptions and ensure alignment with long-term financial goals.
+ Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the economic impact of new initiatives and recommend actionable strategies.
+ Partner with cross-functional leaders in Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to drive strategic alignment and performance accountability.
+ Adapt and enhance financial reporting frameworks to meet evolving business and leadership needs.
+ Identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision support across the organization.
+ Train and mentor team members on system usage and best practices to enhance organizational capability.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
+ Experience: 7+ Years
+ Advanced computer skills using the Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
+ Ability to mine data to create impactful management reports
+ Ability to draft correspondence that accompanies requests for information in a clear and concise manner.
+ Ability to communicate verbally with senior executives
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to understand and re-engineer processes through systems implementation and other means
