Are you a skilled Powered Equipment Operator looking to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Emerson has an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler III (Reach Truck Operator) at our Olive Branch, MS distribution center!
In this role, you will safely and efficiently handle materials throughout the warehouse — stocking incoming items, performing replenishments, and picking orders using powered equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks. You’ll play a key part in maintaining productivity and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
In This Role the Responsibilities will be:
+ Responsible for moving product within the warehouse by means of motorized equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach lifts etc.
+ Responsible to stock incoming items, to replenish flow racks, and pick orders with use of RF equipment.
+ Ability to break down incoming products per packing list.
+ Maintain productivity minimum standard.
+ Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
+ Work overtime as required.

In This Role You Will Need:
+ Requires prior forklift certification with 6 months previous warehouse experience.
+ Previous shipping/receiving/material handling experience.
+ Previous RF equipment to move product.
+ Ability to operate Reach or Order Selector forklift in a safe manner.
+ Follow written and/or oral instructions in English.
+ Must be able to work quickly meeting productivity and quality standards.
+ Promote an environment where individual contribution (s) toward quality and cost improvements are maximized.
+ Ability to lift parts weighing in excess of 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting and standing positions for long periods of time.
+ Pass forklift certifications and requirements to operate forklifts
+ Pass a Non-DOT Physical Exam
+ Ability TO follow all warehouse PPE requirements.
+ Ability to work overtime when necessary.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States, sponsorship will not be provided for this position sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
