    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Change Enablement Manager** to join our highly collaborative transformation leadership team. This role will play a central role in the development of change management, communications, and training integrated strategy and be responsible for the execution of these, in order to support the successful adoption of new HR service delivery models, technologies, and processes across the organization.

    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    + Work closely with the Culture Centre of Expertise in the development of a comprehensive management strategy that supports program objectives and drives stakeholder adoption.

    + Develop and execute the tactical plans to implement the integrated change strategy and collaborate closely with program leadership and workstream leads to ensure alignment and integration of change, communication, and training activities.

    + Participate in change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to shape targeted, change plans, including key messages, timeline of activities and required communication and training assets.

    + Work closely and collaborate with all COEs to understand the scope and impact of change for the Global Process owned by COEs and to co-create key messages and communications timeline for impacted audiences.

    + Co-design and lead a structured Change Network – including Change Leaders, Change Champions, and Change Agents – to drive awareness, readiness, and adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization.

    + Support the design and delivery of a training strategy that ensures end user readiness and capability building.

    + Manage the development of training materials, job aids, and learning resources in collaboration with subject matter experts.

    Who You Are:

    You are a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with experience in driving and communicating organizational change and stakeholder engagement. You can translate complex change into clear, actionable communication and training plans that resonate across diverse audiences. With a campaign and enterprise-wide mindset, you know how to promote the value of transformation initiatives, and feel comfortable or even energized by managing the ambiguity which large-scale programs come with. You bring a thoughtful, people-centered approach to change, ensuring that employees are informed, connected and engaged to adopt new ways of working that drive long-term success.

    For This Role, You Will Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in organizational development, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in leading change, communications, and/or training with a preference for involvement in transformation projects.

    + Excellent communications skills and a global perspective that allows you to understand cultural differences and preferences.

    + Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

    + Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

    Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

    + Experience leading change initiatives in HR transformations, shared services, or technology implementations.

    + Certification and/or experience in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci is highly desired).

    + Solid foundation in communications with a track record of successful campaigns, communication strategies, and engagement with customers.
