This role includes: + Preparing and serving meals while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. + Conducting quality control checks on taste, temperature, and presentation for patient, cafeteria, and catering meals. + Training and orienting new team members on food production and safety procedures. + Leading production in the absence of the Executive Chef. + Performing additional duties as necessary. Qualifications Experience + **Required:** 4 years as a cook **OR** 2 years with a high school diploma/equivalent. + **Preferred:** 6 months of experience in food services or healthcare. Education + **Preferred:** High School Diploma or GED. + **Preferred:** Completion of a Technical or Culinary Program.
