Job Description
• Assist senior team members in gathering and synthesizing competitive intelligence and data to create comprehensive reports.
• Consolidate analysis across a variety of factors related to customer opportunities to inform projects in the assigned business area.
• Coordinate communication of team project plans and expectations, support the execution of projects including ticket submission and presentation creation, and partner cross-functionally to execute project plans to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Aid in pulling data from Adobe Analytics and other reporting suites to inform decisioning.
• Review industry research to develop functional knowledge, sharing key insights with the team.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of coursework or program focused on business administration, marketing, finance, or related skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in omnichannel, merchandising, marketing, and/or brand/product management
• Proficiency in analytic tools

Pay Range: $51,200.00 - $85,500.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
