Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary:

Under general direction, assumes line responsibility and authority for the administrative direction, evaluation and coordination of the functions and activities of assigned departments within the hospital organization to ensure operating objectives and results are in accord with overall hospital needs.

In the absence of the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer and/or assigned, represents the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer in the coordination of the entire or portions of the hospital organization, speaking and acting within the scope of objectives set forth in the practice and/or policy of the hospital.

II.Position Requirements:

Associate Administrator II: 3+ years hospital operations experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Ability to relocate

Multi-department responsibilities – minimum of two.
