    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to **lead a team of Shift Supervisors, Training Supervisors and Operators** .

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Be a permanent staff employee and shall serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal management

    + Serve as a Shift Supervisor when needed.

    + Ensure all reports are accurate and are provided when requested.

    + Manage and evaluate shift supervisors.

    + Team scheduling.

    + Compile weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports

    + Develop and foster long-term relationships with TIM partner agencies.

    + Audit and evaluate shift supervisors and TMC operators as required.

    + Make enhancement recommendations to meet goals

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    + Associate's Degree or other related certification in a technical field (or equivalent) and 8+ years of related experience

    + At least 3+ years of recent experience in Operations Management or similar services

    + TxDOT TMC Supervisor or Operations Manager experience

    + Experience making SLA,s, KPIs, and other metrics in a TMC or similar environment

    + The ability to address conduct and performance issues

    + Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating operations and personnel

    + Ability to work in a fast paced environment

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

    + Experience in Traffic Incident Management

    + College degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field

    Salary Range: $29.95 - $52.40
