About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for one primary RX facility, while also providing support to other RX sites. Although this role does not include direct reports, it requires strong coordination with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all aspects of asset operations. You will engage directly with the client to address operational needs, resolve issues proactively, and support planning for repairs and ongoing improvements.
What You’ll Do:
+ Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors, and contractors.
+ Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
+ Prepare and manage capital and operating projects.
+ Manage all aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring.
+ Perform facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
+ This position requires up to 50% travel to support operations across multiple facilities.The selected candidate will also be expected to be onsite with the client in Chandler approximately 2-3 days per week.
+ Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
+ Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
+ Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus.
+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Need:
+ Candidates should have experience managing RX facilities, with a solid understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements specific to these environments, along with a proven ability to identify and implement effective solutions to operational challenges.
+ Must have proven experience in managing commercial facilities, including overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing vendor relationships
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
+ The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in managing and overseeing a budget. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong technical aptitude is required.
+ Possessing a foundational understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems beneficial.
+ This role requires strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and positive client interaction. Skilled in navigating the exchange of sensitive and complex information, setting performance expectations, and resolving issues.
+ Strong organizational skills complemented by a keen inquisitive mindset.
