What You’ll Do

As our in-house talent strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Lynch Consultants. You’ll partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to find, engage, and onboard outstanding professionals who bring innovation, integrity, and results to every engagement.

Your mission includes:

+ Build and nurture strong, proactive talent pipelines for finance, strategy, and program management roles.

+ Partner with hiring managers to define needs, refine job descriptions, and deliver hiring excellence.

+ Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

+ Drive creative sourcing strategies using networks, events, referrals, and digital platforms.

+ Promote a best-in-class candidate experience with timely, professional, and personalized communication.

+ Support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives that strengthen our long-term capabilities.

What You Bring

+ 3+ years of corporate or in-house recruiting experience (consulting or federal sector strongly preferred).

+ Proven success building talent pipelines and sourcing high-impact professionals.

+ Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and credible in front of senior leaders.

+ A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment and team growth.
