This position is part of the Supply Chain department located in Fargo, North Dakota and will be based in Fargo, North Dakota. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Supply Chain Planning Team and report to the Materials Planning Manager responsible for purchase requisitions, new part set up, and other supporting procurement activities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Support procurement by executing key operational tasks that ensure smooth procurement and supplier onboarding processes.
+ Facilitate the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by coordinating with suppliers, quality teams, and internal stakeholders.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and system updates.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of work experience
+ Solid communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
+ Basic understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and systems, including supplier onboarding, compliance, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) for part setup and PR processing.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to track and report on sourcing metrics.
+ Participating in process improvement or Lean initiatives within a supply chain function.
Location:
This position is part of the Supply Chain department located in Fargo, North Dakota and will be on-site.
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $58K - $70K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
