    Job Summary

    Alluvionic is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve as lead Project Manager, ensuring communication and coordination of key tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders.

    + Facilitate clear and open communication within the team and with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prompt issue resolution.

    + Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure they align with business objectives and timelines.

    + Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

    + Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, and project documentation.

    + Lead regular team meetings and provide status updates to senior management.

    + Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.

    + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines and milestones.

    + Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

    + Implement project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall or hybrid) to oversee the execution of projects through defined phases.

    + Facilitate regular project status meetings and communications to provide updates and resolve issues.

    + Manage dependencies between projects and phases to ensure alignment with overall goals and timelines.

    + Ensure all major projects have active, approved schedules maintained throughout their lifecycle.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed to support successful project outcomes.

    + Provide regular reporting on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables to leadership.

    + Assess and manage project costs, risks, and performance impacts to ensure successful completion.

    + Provide project management guidance and recommendations to department management and personnel.

    + Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.

    Qualifications

    + Current Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification required.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience managing complex projects

    + Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).

    + Experience with Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci).

    + Familiarity with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives.

    + Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

    + Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.

    + Smartsheet knowledge a plus.
